粮食安全视角下"元宇宙+农业"的风险及应对OACHSSCD

Food is the foremost concern of governance,and food security is the foundation of national stability.The issue of food security has long been a key priority for the Party and the state.The Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development clearly emphasizes the need to"enhance the supply guarantee capacity of grain and other important agricultural products"and to"ensure the security of grain,energy,and resources."It also points out that China's agricultural and rural modernization lags behind,underscoring the necessity of advancing technological agriculture to enhance the comprehensive production capacity and quality efficiency of agriculture.The concept of"metaverse"and related technologies,which are based on digital technology,have gradually attracted widespread attention in the agricultural field due to their advantages of breaking through the limitation of time and space and their strong capacity for virtual and real-world interaction.However,as a double-edged sword,the integration of the metaverse with agriculture may easily lead to risks such as disorderly capital expansion and resource depletion caused by excessive participation,thereby jeopardizing food production security.To address these issues,it is crucial to strengthen legal and institutional frameworks.which includes improving access qualifications in the digital field,establishing a robust identity authentication system for agricultural production participants,and developing a responsibility system for food products within a technology-driven context.These measures will help mitigate the derivative risks of"metaverse plus agriculture",promote the further improvement of agricultural productivity,and respond to the needs of China's food security strategy.
