"常态自运、需时调控":虚拟电厂的协同互动运行模式OA
"Normal state self-operation,time-based regulation and control":a collaborative interactive operation mode for virtual power plants
随着新能源在电力系统中比重不断提高,其间歇性与不确定性给电网调度带来严峻挑战.虚拟电厂作为提升系统灵活性的关键技术,其发展需协调市场化运营的经济性与电网调度安全性之间的内在矛盾.为解决这一矛盾,文章提出一种"常态自运、需时调控"的虚拟电厂协同互动调控新模式,并首次对其进行了完整验证.该模式基于运行状态的动态辨识,使运营商可在常态下自主优化调度,同时在电网需时场景下支持快速直接控制;在此基础上,构建了支撑该模式的混合控制架构,建立了计及安全约束的优化调度模型,并设计了快速可靠的模式切换机制.以广州虚拟电厂实践为例,通过典型运行案例与性能测试数据,验证了所提模式在负荷削减、调频服务等方面的有效性与经济性.研究结果为虚拟电厂规模化发展及常态化参与电力市场,提供了一个兼顾安全与效益的理论框架与实践路径.
With the increasing proportion of renewable energy in power systems,its intermittency and uncertainty pose severe challenges to power grid dispatching.As a key technology for enhancing system flexibility,virtual power plants(VPPs)face an inherent conflict between the economic efficiency pursued by market-oriented operations and the security requirements of grid dispatching.To address this conflict,this study proposes and verifies a novel collaborative interactive control mode for VPPs,namely"normal state self-operation,time-based regulation and control".This mode achieves autonomous optimal dispatching by operators during normal grid conditions and rapid direct control by the grid in demand scenarios through dynamic identification of operational states.On this basis,a hybrid control architecture supporting this mode is constructed,an optimal dispatching model considering security constraints is established,and a fast and reliable mode switching mechanism is proposed.Taking the practice of Guangzhou VPP as an example,typical operation cases and performance test data verify the effectiveness and economy of the proposed mode in load reduction,frequency regulation services,and other aspects.The research results provide a theoretical framework and practical path that balances security and efficiency for the large-scale development of VPPs and their regular participation in electricity markets.
