实现跨日消纳风电的电储能日前优化调度策略OA

针对现有基于日内充放平衡的电储能调度策略难以实现风电弃电跨日消纳的问题,文章提出将电储能日末净蓄能量折算为等效煤耗,并在优化调度模型目标函数中予以扣减的解决策略,合理确定等效煤耗的折算系数取值范围,使优化调度时既可以充分利用电储能将日内过剩风电弃电存储供次日使用,又避免了对日内火电电量进行存储.算例以北方某省级复杂电源结构电力系统为对象进行计算分析,验证了所提策略在跨日消纳风电方面的有效性.与电储能日内充放平衡的调度策略相比,文章方法有效降低了风电弃电率,合理折中了消纳成本和效益,调度模型整体能耗更低.

In the high proportion of wind power system,wind power generation has significant intra-day volatility,and the existing electricity storage dispatch strategy based on the charging and discharging balance in the cycle cannot realize the cross-day consumption of wind power by electricity storage resources.Therefore,a solution strategy is proposed to convert the net storage energy of electric energy storage at the end of the day into equivalent coal consumption,which is deducted in the objective function of the optimal scheduling model,and the value range of the conversion coefficient of equivalent coal consumption is reasonably determined,so that the optimal scheduling can not only make full use of electric energy storage to store the surplus wind power in the day for the next day,but also avoid the storage of thermal power in the day.The example takes a provincial power system with complex power supply structure in the north as the object for calculation and analysis,and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed strategy for the cross-day consumption of wind power.Compared with the scheduling strategy of intra-day charging and discharging balance of electric energy storage,the wind power abandonment rate is effectively reduced.Compared with the scheduling strategy of power abandonment penalty,the cost and benefit of consumption are reasonably compromised,and the overall energy consumption of scheduling is lower.
