桩基冲刷是影响大直径单桩式海上风机结构动力特性的关键因素,深入研究其影响规律并发展有效的检测方法,对保障风机结构全寿命周期内的安全运营具有重要意义.文章以 DTU 10 MW大直径单桩式海上风机为研究对象,通过振动测试数值仿真,获得结构在冲击荷载作用下的自由振动响应信号,并对其进行了时域、频域和时-频域的多维度分析,深入探讨了冲刷对结构整体振动特性的影响规律.基于此,构建了能量变化率指标与峰值相干函数均值两项检测指标,用于桩基冲刷的定性与定量检测.研究结果表明:大直径单桩式风机结构在二阶模态空间内的振动不可忽视;冲刷会导致结构固有频率降低,其中对第二、三阶频率的影响显著高于第一阶频率,且砂性土的冲刷对频率的影响更为明显;结构振动响应能量随冲刷发展持续增大,二阶振动分量衰减速度减缓;所构建的两项检测指标与冲刷深度均呈单调相关关系,可用于大直径单桩冲刷的定性与定量检测.此外,桩基埋深对结构动力特性冲刷敏感性影响显著,建议在桩基设计中综合考虑其与承载力.

Scour of pile foundations is a critical factor influencing the dynamic characteristics of large-diameter monopile offshore wind turbine structures.Studying its impact thoroughly and developing effective detection methods are very important for ensuring the safe operation of these structures throughout their entire lifetime.This study focuses on a 10 MW large-diameter monopile offshore wind turbine structure.Through numerical simulations of vibration tests,free vibration response signals of the structure under ice load were obtained and analyzed in multiple dimensions,including time domain,frequency domain,and time-frequency domain,to deeply explore the influence patterns of scour on the vibration characteristics of the structure.Based on this,two detection indicators-energy change ratio and mean value of peak coherence function-were established for qualitative and quantitative detection of pile scour.The results indicate that vibrations within the second modal space of the large-diameter monopile structures cannot be overlooked.Scour leads to a reduction in the natural frequencies of the structure,with a more significant impact on the second and third frequencies than on the first,particularly in sandy soil.The energy of the structural vibration response increases with the development of scour,while the decay rate of the second-order vibration component slows down.Both detection indicators show monotonic relationships with scour depth,making them suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of scour in large-diameter monopiles.Furthermore,the influence of pile foundation embedment depth on the sensitivity of structural dynamic characteristics to scouring cannot be overlooked.It is recommended to comprehensively consider this factor along with bearing capacity in pile foundation design.
