Development Prospects and Strategic Paths of Natural Gas in Beijing
分析北京市天然气发展的现状与挑战,论述天然气在零碳城市能源架构中的关键作用、天然气零碳化路径、天然气在促进能源多样化及国际贸易方面扮演的重要角色.在未来零碳能源体系中,天然气将在零碳电力系统中承担调峰作用,在电、热、气协同的能源碳中和模式中发挥重要作用,天然气储能成为长周期储能的重要组成部分.天然气零碳化路径包括生物质气化制甲烷、电转燃料合成天然气、碳捕集利用与封存技术.北京市天然气产业需以"零碳转型+功能升级"为核心战略,强化其在电力调峰和电、热、气协同等领域的功能,推动零碳技术产业化落地,结合国际资源与国内政策优化供需模式,为特大城市能源结构转型提供可复制的实践范式.
This paper analyzes the current status and challenges of natural gas development in Beijing,and discusses the key role of natural gas in the zero-carbon urban energy structure,the decarbonization pathways of natural gas,as well as its important functions in pro-moting energy diversification and international trade.In the future zero-carbon energy system,natural gas will serve as a peak-shaving resource in zero-carbon power systems and play a vital role in the carbon-neu-tral energy model featuring electricity,heat and gas synergy.Natural gas-based energy storage will become an important component of long-duration energy stor-age.The decarbonization pathways of natural gas include methane production from biomass gasification,power-to-gas synthetic natural gas,and carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)technologies.The natu-ral gas industry in Beijing should take"zero-carbon transformation+functional upgrading"as its core strat-egy,strengthen its functions in power peak-shaving and electricity-heat-gas synergy,promote the industrial application of zero-carbon technologies,and optimize the supply and demand model by integrating interna-tional resources and domestic policies,so as to provide a replicable paradigm for the energy structure transfor-mation of megacities.
