提出结合防渗膜的埋地LPG储罐牺牲阳极阴极保护方式,分析该方式的技术可行性、施工难易程度、经济性,结合实际案例进行探讨.防渗膜是性能优良的绝缘材料,将防渗膜设置在埋地LPG储罐罐池内壁,防止阴极保护电流流失到周围土壤或接地网中.该方式可显著减少阴极保护电流流失,延长牺牲阳极使用寿命,且施工简便、成本可控.

This study proposes a sacrificial anode cathodic protection method for buried LPG storage tanks integrated with an impermeable membrane,ana-lyzing its technical feasibility,construction complexity,and economic viability,supported by practical case studies.The impermeable membrane,an effective elec-trical insulator,is installed along the inner walls of the tank pit for buried LPG storage tanks to prevent cathodic protection current from leaking into the sur-rounding soil or grounding grids.This method signifi-cantly reduces current leakage,extends the service life of the sacrificial anodes,and offers advantages such as straightforward installation and cost controllability.
