Utilizing Jintan Gas Storage Cluster to Construct a Gas Storage and Peak-Shaving Center for Yangtze River Delta Region
为了构建长三角地区储气调峰中心,分析金坛储气库群及周边资源.金坛地下储气库群周边约300 km范围内有中石油如东LNG接收站等10座LNG接收站,周边管网资源包括西气东输一线等6条国家干线及多条支线.构建储气调峰中心的措施包括:完善管网系统、构建合理的运营模式、争取支持性政策.利用优良的金坛地下储气库群资源打造长三角地区储气调峰中心具有发展潜力.
To construct a gas storage and peak-shaving center in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper analyzes the Jintan Gas Storage Cluster and its sur-rounding resources.Within a radius of approximately 300 km around the Jintan Underground Gas Storage Cluster,there are 10 LNG terminals including the Pet-roChina Rudong LNG Terminal.The surrounding pipe-line network resources consist of 6 national trunk pipe-lines such as the West-East Gas Pipeline I,as well as multiple branch pipelines.The measures for construct-ing the gas storage and peak-shaving center include improving the pipeline network system,establishing a sound operation mode,and securing supportive poli-cies.Leveraging the superior resources of the Jintan Underground Gas Storage Cluster,the Yangtze River Delta region exhibits strong potential for developing a gas storage and peak-shaving center.
