CCER Methodology for Heating by Renewable Energy Electric Boilers

Based on drawing on methodologies from other fields and those already published,a methodol-ogy for greenhouse gas voluntary emission reduction(referred to as the CCER methodology)projects involv-ing heating by renewable energy electric boilers is pro-posed.A systematic analysis of the CCER methodology for heating by renewable energy electric boilers was conducted,including its scope,applicable conditions,adopted normative reference documents,project bound-ary,crediting period for project emission reductions,additionality demonstration,baseline scenario,calcula-tion of baseline emissions,calculation of project emis-sions,calculation of project leakage,verification of project emission reductions,monitoring methods,as well as key points and methods for project validation and verification.
