针对某汽车重叠注射灯罩在设计初期存在的潜在风险,运用 Moldflow 软件对该产品进行重叠注射分析,初步分析表明,产品黑件壁厚设计不均匀,流动前沿温差大,会导致局部出现困气和温差线,并且熔接线在产品上部表观可见处.通过改变产品黑件结构和局部壁厚,使溶体流动阻力和距离发生改变,将熔接痕、困气、温差线等缺陷向不可见处转移.经过分析优化,得到合理的黑件结构,降低成型缺陷风险,提高模具设计成功率.

In response to the potential risks existing in the initial design stage of a certain automotive Overmolding lampshade,the Moldflow software was used to conduct Overmolding analysis on the product.The preliminary analysis indicated that the wall thickness design of the black part of the product was uneven,and the temperature difference at the flow front was large,which would cause local trapped gas and temperature difference lines,and the weld line was visible at the upper part of the product.By altering the structure of the black part of the product and the local wall thickness,the resistance and distance of the melt flow are changed,and defects such as weld marks,trapped gas,and temperature difference lines are transferred to invisible areas.After analysis and optimization,a reasonable black part structure was obtained,reducing the risk of molding defects and improving the success rate of mold design.
