Analysis of injection molding process and injection mold design for ceramic core of turbine blade
以涡轮叶片陶瓷型芯为例,研究了氧化硅基陶瓷注射成型工艺与模具设计,探讨了材料温度、塑化压力、注射速度和保压速度等工艺参数对涡轮叶片陶瓷型芯性能的影响,得到了优化的氧化硅基陶瓷材料注射成型工艺参数,对其他陶瓷零件的注射成型有一定的参考作用.
Taking the ceramic core of turbine blades as an example,the injection molding process and mold design of silicon oxide based ceramics were studied.The effects of process parameters such as material temperature,plasticizing pressure,injection speed,and holding speed on the performance of turbine blade ceramic cores were explored,and optimized injection molding process parameters for silicon oxide based ceramic materials were obtained,which have certain reference value for injection molding of other ceramic parts.
