抗菌缝合线的研究进展OA
Research progress of antibacterial suture
为降低传统手术缝合线在手术部位的感染风险,减轻患者痛苦,从手术缝合线功能化改性角度出发,系统综述了抗菌缝合线的最新研究动态.重点对比分析了浸渍、接枝、纺丝本体及智能化改性四大抗菌改性技术所采用的抗菌物质、作用机制以及优缺点.研究指出:当前抗菌缝合线的核心挑战在于释放动力学与伤口愈合阶段失配、功能化导致的力学强度衰减,以及临床转化应用困难等.有必要探索无药物抗菌策略,聚焦开发智能响应材料,并推进多功能智能集成,以推动抗菌缝合线向精准化、智能化方向升级.
To mitigate the risk of infection at surgical site associated with conventional surgical sutures and to alleviate patient discomfort,the latest research progress of anti-bacterial sutures were summarized systematically from perspective of surgical sutures functional modification.Antimicrobial substances,action mechanisms and their respective advantages&disadvantages of four major antibacterial modification technologies adopted in soaking,grafting,body spinning and intelligent modification were contrasted and analyzed as keys.The research pointed out that the key challenges faced by current antimicrobial sutures including the mismatch between the kinetics of drug release and the stages of wound healing,reduction in mechanical strength resulting from functionalization,as well as difficulties in clinical translation and application.It is necessary to explore drug-free antimicrobial strategies,emphasize the importance of developing smart-responsive materials and encourage the promotion of multifunctional smart integration to advance the evolution of antimicrobial sutures towards a more precise and intelligent framework.
