双分梳转杯混纺纱结构表征OA
Structural characterization of dual opening rotor blended yarn
双分梳转杯纺增加了1套喂给分梳结构,实现了两个纤维条的独立喂入和混和纺纱.为研究双分梳转杯混纺纱的结构特征,选用了黑、白粘胶纤维条为原料,在双分梳转杯纺试验机上,纺制了混纺比例(黑∶白)为10∶90、7∶93、5∶95及0.7∶99.3的混纺纱.通过示踪纤维法结合数字图像处理技术,对纱线的表面和内部结构进行了观察,探究了不同通道喂入纤维在纱线表面的分布规律以及在纱线中的排列形态.试验结果表明:双分梳转杯纱与传统转杯纱在结构上具有一定的相似性,但在表面纤维分布情况和内部纤维排列形态上表现出差异.双分梳转杯纱中两种不同的纤维在纱线表面呈现出明显的交替间隔分布,且沿纱线轴向方向上,纤维分布呈现出一定的随机性.在纱线内部结构中,双分梳转杯纱中的弯钩纤维数量减少,但外包、缠绕及打折、打圈或弯曲纤维的数量有所增加.双分梳转杯混纺纱的特殊结构为新型纱线产品开发提供了可能.
An additional feeding and opening unit were incorporated in dual opening rotor process,independent feeding of two slivers and their blending in the spinning process were achieved.To investigate the structural characteristics of dual opening rotor blended yarn,black viscose slivers and white viscose slivers were selected as raw materials and spun the blended yarns with blending ratios of black to white were 10∶90,7∶93,5∶95 and 0.7∶99.3,respectively.Tracer fiber method was combined with digital image processing technology,the surface structures and internal structures of the yarns were observed,the distribution patterns of fibers fed through different channels were explored.The test results indicated there were some structural similarities between dual opening rotor yarn and traditional rotor yarn,while it exhibited some differences in surface fiber distribution and internal fiber arrangement.For dual opening rotor yarn,the two different fibers showed a distinct alternating interval distribution on the yarn surface,and along the axial direction of the yarn,the fiber distribution exhibited a degree of randomness.Within the internal structure of the yarn,the number of hooked fibers were reduced in the dual opening rotor yarn,however,there were an increase in the number of wrapped fiber,folded fiber,looped fiber or bent fiber.The unique structure of dual opening rotor blended yarn offered a potential for the development of new types yarn products.
