数据资源虚拟化融合化技术应用于纺纱系统的研究OA
Research on the application of data resource virtualization and integration technology in spinning system
针对纺纱企业数据利用率低的现状和多模态数据治理难点,对数据支撑生产模型及生产工艺等提升关键进行分析研究,以10万锭纺纱项目为研究对象,通过构建"三层两域"(感知层-网络层-应用层、数据域—安全域)技术架构,研发定制化5G智能物联终端,部署"5G+TSN"工业网络,采用数据虚拟化融合化技术,设计多源数据融合算法及APS智能排产、LSTM质量预测等核心业务算法,有效解决了设备异构接入、数据实时联动与算法优化落地等问题.应用结果表明:纺纱企业数据传输效率提升10倍,存储成本降低66.7%;梳棉工序生条CV值从3.5%精准优化至2.1%,数据价值密度提升60%;生产效率整体提升22%,细纱千锭时断头数从25次降至 9次,优等品率达 95%;吨纱综合能耗降低 15%,年节约成本超 300万元,年减少碳排放约 2.3万 tCO2e.认为:采用新技术推进企业数据治理、充分发挥数据价值,将数据要素作为企业再发展的核心,能有效推动纺织企业数字化转型,为新疆乃至全国纺纱企业数字化转型提供了可复制的实践参考,助力传统棉纺产业向"智能、绿色、高效"升级.
In view of the low data utilization rate in spinning enterprises and the difficulties in multi-modal data governance,the key issues to improve data support for production models and production processes were analyzed and studied.Taking 100 000 spindle spinning project as the research object,"three-layer two-domain"(perception layer,network layer,application layer,data domain,security domain)technical architecture was constructed,customized 5G smart IoT terminals was developed,"5G+TSN"industrial networks was deployed,data virtualization and integration technology was adopted,core business algorithms were designed,including multi-source data fusion algorithms,APS intelligent production scheduling and LSTM quality prediction,which effectively addressing issues such as heterogeneous device access,real-time data interaction and algorithm optimization implementation.The application results showed that the data transmission efficiency of spinning enterprises was increased by 10 times,the storage cost was decreased by 66.7%,the CV of sliver in the carding process was accurately optimized from 3.5%to 2.1%,the data value density was increased by 60%,production efficiency was increased by 22%as a whole,the number of broken ends per 1 000 spindles of the yarn was reduced from 25 times to 9 times,and the excellent product rate was reached 95%.The comprehensive energy consumption of per ton yarn was reduced by 15%,and the cost was saved more than 3 million yuan per year,the carbon emission was reduced by about 23 000 tCO2e per year.It is considered that the adoption of new technologies to promote data governance of enterprises and give full play to the value of data,and taking data elements as the core of the re-development of enterprises can effectively promote the digital transformation of enterprises.It provides a replicable practical reference for the digital transformation of spinning enterprises in Xinjiang and even the whole country,and helps the traditional cotton spinning industry to upgrade toward"smart,green and efficient".
