大规格三维旋转式编织机携纱锭子的设计OA
Design of yarn-carrying spindle for large-scale three-dimensional rotary braiding machine
针对大规格三维旋转式编织机底盘的里外层间跨度大,携纱锭子在底盘运动时,悬链线变化的最大长度已超出了传统携纱锭子自身的纱线张紧调节长度,导致编织过程中出现纱线松弛的问题,设计一种具有纱线自动张紧功能的携纱锭子.该携纱锭子的整体结构包括储纱装置、纱筒装置、张力检测装置及控制部件;基于无线信号传输的张力检测装置、PWM的收纱电机控制,完成了控制系统的软硬件设计.试验测试结果表明:当携纱锭子运动使纱线悬链线变长的过程中,锭子上的纱线张力可保持在0.15 N~0.54 N;当携纱锭子运动使纱线悬链线变短的过程中,锭子上的收纱电机可被触发工作进行收纱,纱线张力可保持在0.12 N~0.24 N,验证了新型携纱锭子优异的纱线自动张紧性能.认为大规格三维旋转式编织机新型携纱锭子的开发,为提升编织质量和效率提供了有利的技术支持.
For large-scale three-dimensional rotary braiding machine,span between the inner and outer layers of the chassis was large,when the yarn-carrying spindle was moving,the maximum catenary line change exceeded the tension adjustment range of traditional ones,leading to yarn slack during braiding,a yarn-carrying spindle with automatic yarn tension function was designed.Overall structure of the yarn-carrying spindle involved yarn storage device,bobbin device,tension detection device and control components.Wireless signal-based tension detection device and PWM-based yarn collection motor control were proposed,software and hardware of the control system were designed.Experimental results showed when the catenary line was lengthened as the yarn-carrying spindle moved,yarn tension of the spindle could be remained 0.15 N~0.54 N.When the catenary line was shortened as the yarn-carrying spindle moved,the motor of the spindle was triggered to collect yarn,the yarn tension could be kept between 0.12 N and 0.24 N,which verified the excellent automatic yarn tension performance of the new yarn-carrying spindle.It is considered that the development of the new yarn-carrying spindle for large-scale three-dimensional rotary braiding machine provides technical support for improving braiding quality and efficiency.
