探讨环锭纺棉纺钢丝圈在不同使用阶段的转速特征变化.提出一种融合时域、频域及非线性动力学特征的多维度钢丝圈转速时间序列分析方法.通过自主开发的电感式传感器在线检测钢丝圈在跑合期、稳定期和衰退期的实时转速数据,结合时域统计量、频域能量分布及递归量化分析构建融合特征集,并利用 K-means聚类法对融合特征进行无监督聚类.结果表明:聚类结果与钢丝圈使用阶段的一致率表现为91.7%,融合特征对纱线毛羽的解释率为66.7%.认为:对钢丝圈实时转速进行融合特征提取可以为钢丝圈使用状态和纱线质量的判断提供依据.

The variation characteristics of traveler speed in different usage stages in ring spinning were investigated.A multi-dimensional time series analysis method was proposed,integrating time-domain,frequency-domain and nonlinear dynamical features of traveler speed.An independently developed inductive sensor was utilized to acquire real-time traveler speed data during its adaptation period,stabilization period and deterioration period.A fused feature set was constructed by combining time-domain statistical indicators,frequency-domain energy descriptors and recursive quantification analysis,and K-means algorithm was used to perform unsupervised clustering on the fused features.The results showed that the consistency rate of the clustering results with the usage stage of the traveler was 91.7%,and the interpretation rate of the fused features for the yarn hairiness was 66.7%.It is considered that extracting fused features from real-time traveler speed signals can provide a reliable basis for assessing the usage state of the traveler and yarn quality.
