高电压脉冲射频治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的研究进展OA

Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is one of the common complications of herpes zoster,which not only causes severe pain to patients but also affects their sleep and mood,leading to a significant decline in quality of life.With the in-depth study of the pathological mechanism of PHN,existing treatment methods such as drug therapy and nerve block have certain limitations in efficacy.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore new and effective treatment options.In recent years,high-voltage pulsed radiofre-quency(HVPRF),as an emerging pain treatment technology,has gradually been promoted and applied in the field of pain medicine due to its unique neuromodulation mechanism,safety and favorable clinical efficacy,and has become one of the important methods for treating postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).This article reviews the mechanism of action,clinical efficacy,and safety of HVPRF in the treatment of PHN,to provide reference for clinical practice.
