肿瘤相关成纤维细胞在前列腺癌中的作用及相关治疗的研究进展OA
Advances in Research on the Function of Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts in Prostate Cancer and Corresponding Therapies
肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAFs)作为前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)肿瘤微环境(tumor microenviron-ment,TME)的重要组成部分受到广泛关注.CAFs在促进PCa进展方面具有多功能性,促进肿瘤细胞发生上皮间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)、重塑细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)和促进生成血管,影响肿瘤的增殖、迁移和侵袭,诱导耐药性等生物学过程.由于其强大的肿瘤促进功能,CAFs被认为是肿瘤治疗的有前途的靶点.本文主要是总结了CAFs的起源、标志物,CAFs在PCa中促进肿瘤进展的生物过程机制,以及靶向CAFs的研究情况,为更加精确和个体化靶向CAFs治疗PCa提供方向,对开发新治疗策略具有重要意义.
Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs),as an important component of the tumor microenvironment(TME)in pros-tate cancer(PCa),have received extensive attention.CAFs exhibit multifunctionality in promoting PCa progression,including facilitat-ing epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in tumor cells,remodeling the extracellular matrix(ECM),and promoting angiogen-esis,thereby influencing tumor proliferation,migration,and invasion,as well as inducing drug resistance.Due to their powerful tumor-promoting functions,CAFs are considered promising targets for tumor treatment.This article mainly summarizes the origin and markers of CAFs,the mechanisms of their biological processes in promoting tumor progression in PCa,and the research status of target-ing CAFs,providing directions for more precise and individualized CAF-targeted treatment of PCa and being of great significance for the development of new treatment strategies.
