肿瘤放射治疗作为一种重要的癌症治疗手段,近年来在基础科学研究和临床应用领域取得了显著进展.随着对肿瘤生物学理解的深入,放射治疗不仅停留在传统的放射线照射上,更向精准医疗方向迈进.本文综述了肿瘤放射治疗的历史背景、定义及基本原理,概述了当前的技术与方法,例如立体定向放射治疗和质子治疗的应用,以及它们在临床上的发展与成效.同时,重点分析了新兴技术如人工智能在放射治疗中的应用潜力及未来趋势,并讨论了目前所面临的挑战.通过对肿瘤放射治疗的全面探讨,本文旨在为临床实践和未来研究提供有价值的参考,以推动这一领域的进一步发展.

Radiation oncology,as an important cancer treatment,has made a substantial progress in basic science investiga-tions and clinical applications over recent decades.With advancing molecular and cellular insights into cancer biology,the field has evolved beyond conventional conformal radiation therapy and is rapidly advancing toward to precision oncology paradigms.This review outlines the historical background,definition and fundamental principles of radiation oncology.It also includes current technology and methods.Such as,the application and efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)and proton beam therapy.Meantime,we further analyse the clinical application potential and future clinical trends of emerging technology,such as the artificial intelligence(AI)into radiation treatment planning.Additionally,we address the prevailing challenges.Through a comprehensive review and synthe-sis of current evidence in the field of radiation oncology,this review aims to provide high-impact clinical guidance for daily practice and valuable insights for future research,so as to facilitate the continued development of precision radiotherapy.
