持续荷载-复合盐耦合作用下沙漠砂混凝土劣化机理研究OA
Research on the Degradation Mechanism of Desert Sand Concrete Under the Coupled Action of Sustained Load and Composite Salts
为探究沙漠砂混凝土在新疆高盐渍地区的适用性,通过复合盐长期浸泡试验,分析了沙漠砂混凝土在持续荷载作用下的性能劣化规律.研究结果表明:与初始强度相比,持续荷载为 0.3 与 0.5 倍压应力作用时,浸泡 120 d 的试验组抗压强度分别增长了 24.11%和 14.23%;当浸泡龄期超过 120 d 时,0.5 倍压应力作用下的试验组性能劣化加剧,相对动弹性模量的下降速率较 0.3 倍压应力增加了23.35%;通过扫描电子显微镜可以看出,在复合盐侵蚀 120 d 后,侵蚀产物的累积与 0.5 倍压应力共同作用加速了沙漠砂混凝土的性能劣化.
To investigate the applicability of desert sand concrete in high-salinity areas of Xinjiang,this study analyzed the performance degradation patterns of desert sand concrete under sustained loading through long-term composite salt immersion tests.Research results show:Compared with initial strength,when sustained load is 0.3 and 0.5 times compressive stress,compressive strength of specimens soaked for 120 d is increased by 24.11%and 14.23%,respectively.When soaking age exceeds 120 d,test group under 0.5 times compressive stress is deteriorated more sharply.Decline rate of relative dynamic elastic modulus is increased by 23.35%compared with 0.3 times compressive stress.By SEM it can be seen that after 120 d of composite salt attack,accumulation of erosion products and 0.5 times compressive stress jointly accelerate performance deterioration of desert sand concrete.
