考虑尺寸链影响的RV减速器优选装配方法OA

旋转矢量(RV)减速器的装配精度及稳定性直接影响其运动精度和服役寿命,而装配尺寸链是影响减速器精密装配的关键.为此,综合考虑装配尺寸链影响,建立 RV 减速器优选装配模型,通过对摆线针轮啮合间隙的有效控制,实现了RV 减速器的精密装配.首先,深入分析了RV 减速器精密装配零部件尺寸的复杂配合关系,确定了影响装配尺寸链的关键零部件.然后,基于摆线轮和针齿壳的跨棒距关系建立了装配尺寸链,实现对轮齿间隙的有效控制,进而减小了减速器的回差.最后,通过尺寸链序列装配方法和人工试错装配方法的对比实验,验证了装配尺寸链在精密装配中的应用效果.结果表明:装配尺寸链的构建和应用能够将 RV减速器的回差降低 30%.

The assembly accuracy and stability of rotary vector(RV)reducers directly affect the motion accuracy and service life,and the assembly dimension chain is a key factor influencing its precision assembly.Therefore,this paper comprehensively considers the influence of the assembly dimension chain and establishes an optimal assembly model for RV reducers.By effectively controlling the meshing clearance of cycloidal pinwheels,the precise assembly of RV reducers is achieved.Firstly,the sensitive relationship of the dimensions of the precision assembly components of RV reducers is deeply analyzed,and the key components affecting the assembly dimension chain are determined.Based on the span distance between the cycloidal wheel and the pinion housing,the assembly dimension chain was established to effectively control the gear clearance and thereby reduce the backlash of the reducer.Finally,through the comparative experiments of the dimension chain sequence assembly method and the manual trial-and-error assembly method,the application effect of the assembly dimension chain in precise assembly was verified.The results show that the construction and application of the assembly dimension chain can effectively improve the assembly accuracy and efficiency of RV reducers,ensure the consistency of the product accuracy of the reducers,and provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the effective control of the motion accuracy of the reducers.
