灿烂作砧木嫁接不同蓝莓品种的生长特性与品质比较OA
Comparison of growth characteristics and fruit quality of different blueberry cultivars grafted on brightwell rootstock
为解决蓝莓土壤适应性差、基质栽培成本高等问题,在青岛地区,以兔眼蓝莓灿烂为砧木,薄雾、奥尼尔和杜克3个品种为接穗,采用双"V"嫁接法进行嫁接,比较嫁接苗与扦插苗的成活、生长及果实品质.结果显示,薄雾嫁接苗成活率最高,为85.6%,且新梢生长量明显高于其他砧穗组合;以灿烂为砧木的各品种嫁接苗新梢生长量、茎粗、叶绿素含量、单果重、维生素C及花青苷含量均显著高于扦插苗,可滴定酸降低,果实品质明显改善.
To address the problems of poor soil adaptability and high cost of substrate cultivation in blueberry,this study used rabbit-eye blueberry brightwell as rootstock,and three cultivars(Misty,O'Neal and Duke)as scions.A double"V"grafting method was adopted to conduct the experiment in Qingdao.The survival rate,growth and fruit quality of grafted seedlings and cuttage seedlings were compared.The results showed that the grafted seedlings of Misty had the highest survival rate(85.6%),and their new shoot growth was significantly higher than those of other rootstock-scion combinations.The grafted seedlings of all tested cultivars with brightwell as rootstock exhibited significantly higher new shoot growth,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,single fruit weight,vitamin C content and anthocyanin content,as well as lower titratable acid content,compared with cuttage seedlings,resulting in significantly improved fruit quality.
