Effects of different colored bird-proof nets on the net photosynthetic rate of apple leaves and fruit quality

为探究不同颜色防鸟网对苹果叶片光合特性及果实品质的影响规律,本研究以9年生烟富3/M9苹果为试材,设置红、蓝、白三种颜色聚乙烯防鸟网覆盖处理,系统测定了不同处理下叶片净光合速率、光照强度及果实外观和内在品质指标.结果显示:蓝色防鸟网下叶片净光合速率最高[19.53µmol/(m2·s)],显著优于红色防鸟网处理[17.37µmol/(m2·s)],白色防鸟网处理[18.96µmol/(m2·s)]居中;蓝色防鸟网处理显著提高果实单果重(229.33 g)、光洁度指数(81.25%)和可溶性固形物含量(16.83%),红色防鸟网处理下果实硬度(8.81 kg/cm2)最高,白色防鸟网处理显著提高果实着色指数(78.75%).综上,蓝色防鸟网在提升叶片光合效率和改善果实综合品质方面优势最为突出,具有较高的推广应用价值.

To elucidate how bird-proof nets of different colors influence leaf photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality in apple,nine-year-old Yanfu 3/M9 trees were covered with polyethylene nets in three colors(red,blue,and white).We systematically measured leaf net photosynthetic rate,light intensity,and both external and internal fruit-quality attributes.Results showed that leaves under blue nets exhibited the highest net photosynthetic rate[19.53µmol/(m2·s)],significantly higher than red nets[17.37 µmol/(m2·s)],with white nets intermediate[18.96µmol/(m2·s)].Blue nets significantly increased single-fruit weight(229.33 g),surface gloss index(81.25%),and soluble solids content(16.83%).Red nets produced the greatest fruit firmness(8.81 kg/cm2),whereas white nets significantly improved the fruit coloration index(78.75%).In conclusion,the blue bird-proof net demonstrated the most prominent advantages in enhancing leaf photosynthetic efficiency and improving overall fruit quality,indicating high potential for practical application and promotion.
