贵州大湾露天煤矿外部排土场协同设计与稳定性分析OA

Cooperative design and stability analysis of external dump in Guizhou Dawan Open-pit Coal Mine

为破解贵州大湾露天煤矿外部排土场高堆存条件下稳定性评价与排水、复垦设计相脱节的问题,通过工程地质勘察、室内试验与数值模拟,获取了岩土体物理力学参数,提出了"分区回填-分层碾压-分级放坡-多级排水-生态修复"的协同设计方案,并采用理正岩土工程分析软件 7.0 版与 GE05-2022-CHN 岩土工程计算程序对典型剖面及挡土墙进行了多工况下的稳定性与排水能力计算.结果表明:在正常工况与暴雨工况下,外部排土场边坡的安全系数分别为1.28~1.46 与 1.15~1.31,挡土墙各项稳定性指标及截排水系统泄洪能力均满足规范要求.该协同设计体系保障了外部排土场长期稳定与安全,并实现了外部排土场用地的高效复垦利用,为西南岩溶山区露天煤矿外部排土场的设计和开发提供了可借鉴的技术参考.

To address the disconnect between stability assessment and drainage,reclamation design for the high-storage waste dump in Guizhou Dawan Open-pit Coal Mine,through engineering geological surveys,laboratory testing and numerical simulation,we obtain the physical and mechanical parameters of rock-soil mass,and present cooperative design scheme of"zonal backfilling-layered compaction-graded slope-multi-level drainage-ecological restoration"approach,conduct stability and drainage capacity calculation under multiple scenarios for representative profiles and retaining walls using LIZHENG Geotechnical Analysis Software Version 7.0 and GE05-2022-CHN geotechnical calculation program.The results show that under normal and rainstorm conditions,the safety factors of external dump slope range from 1.28 to 1.46 and from 1.15 to 1.31,respectively.All stability indicators for the retaining wall and the flood discharge capacity of the drainage system meet code requirements.This cooperative design system ensures the long-term stability and safety of the external dump,and realizes efficient reclamation and utilization of land for external dump,which provide technical reference for the design and development of open-pit coal mine external dump in southwestern karst mountainous areas.
