露天煤矿排土场矸石自燃治理方案研究及实践OA
Research and practice on control plan for spontaneous combustion of gangue in open-pit coal mine dump
为解决平朔安太堡露天矿南排土场因煤矸石自燃引发的大气污染、水体污染及土壤退化等复合型环境问题,基于排土场环境现状调查与火情特征分析,提出了基于"温度动态监测-灭火防复燃-坡体整形及截排水-生态修复"的全链条治理技术体系.根据火区分布特征与环境风险程度,将研究区划分为 6 个差异化治理单元,并依托试验区工程验证成果,分区分阶段实施综合治理.结果表明,治理后煤矸石自燃现象得到有效控制,坡体稳定性显著提升,植被覆盖率大幅提高,生态环境质量持续改善.
In order to solve the complex environmental problems of air pollution,water pollution,and soil degradation caused by the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue in the south dump of Pingshuo Antaibao Open-pit Mine,based on the investigation of the current environmental status of the dump and analysis of fire characteristics,this article proposes a full chain control technology system based on"temperature dynamic monitoring-fire extinguishing and reignition prevention-slope shaping and drainage interception-ecological restoration".According to the distribution characteristics of the fire area and the degree of environmental risk,the research area is divided into six differentiated control units,and comprehensive control is implemented in stages and zones based on the engineering verification results of the experimental area.The results show that the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue is effectively controlled after control,the stability of the slope is significantly improved,the vegetation coverage rate is significantly increased,and the ecological environment quality continues to improve.
