Analysis on influencing factors of open-pit mine truck failures based on XGBoost decision trees
为了探究露天矿矿用刚性自卸卡车的故障防控与设备维护方案,以该类卡车为对象,分析了卡车故障特点及各影响因素的权重.分析结果显示,卡车故障具有复杂性、层次性、系统性和随机性四大特性;故障影响因素权重排序为服务年限>运行环境温度>重载运距>提升高度>驾驶员驾驶风格>载质量>运行时长>生产厂商,前 5 项因素累计权重达 0.96.
In order to explore the failures prevention and control and equipment maintenance solutions for rigid dump trucks in open-pit mines,this article focuses on such trucks and analyzes the characteristics of truck failures and the weights of various influencing factors.The analysis results show that truck failures have four main characteristics,complexity,hierarchy,systematism and randomness.The ranking of weights for failure influencing factors is as follows:service life>operating environment temperature>heavy load transport distance>lift height>driver's driving style>load capacity>operating duration>manufacturer,with the cumulative weight of the top five factors reaching 0.96.
