Research on the Pathways of Academic Competitions Empowering Applied Talent Cultivation:Taking the Biopharmaceutical Major at Lishui University as an Example

文章以丽水学院生物制药专业为例,探讨学科竞赛在应用型人才培养中的赋能作用与实现路径,以期为地方性应用型本科院校的人才培养模式改革提供参考和借鉴.结合丽水学院生物制药专业的发展现状,通过分析学科竞赛对专业素养提升、创新能力培养和团队协作精神培育等方面的促进作用,构建了"以赛促学、赛教融合"的人才培养模式.实践表明,通过学科竞赛与课程体系的深度融合,以及建立以制度激励为核心、资源投入为保障的一系列措施,可有效推动赛教融合,促进学生实践应用能力的提升和创新思维的拓展.

To provide reference and inspiration for the reform of talent cultivation model at local applied undergraduate colleges,this paper takes the biopharmaceutical major at Lishui University as an example to explore the empowering role and implementation pathways of academic competitions in the cultivation of applied talents.Based on the current development status of the biopharmaceutical major at Lishui University,this study analyzes the positive effects of academic competitions on the enhancement of professional competence,the cultivation of innovative capabilities,and the fostering of team spirit,and constructs a talent cultivation model of"promoting learning through competitions and integrating competitions with teaching".Practice has shown that the deep integration of academic competitions and curriculum system,as well as the establishment of a series of measures with institutional incentives as the core and resource investment as the guarantee,can effectively promote the integration of competitions and education,enhance students'practical application ability and expand their innovative thinking.
