荧光碳点的绿色合成及其对镉胁迫下豌豆幼苗的毒性缓解效应OACHSSCD
Green Synthesis of Fluorescent Carbon Dots and Their Mitigation Effects on Cadmium-Stress Toxicity in Pea Seedlings
重金属镉(Cd2+)污染严重威胁植物生长,亟须开发高效检测与缓解镉毒性的策略.以5-氨基-1,10-邻二氮菲和水杨酸为原料,通过煅烧法合成了一种对Cd2+具有选择性荧光响应的碳点(CDs),其荧光强度在0~100 µmol/L范围内与Cd2+浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限低至0.3 µmol/L.进一步通过豌豆幼苗试验,揭示CDs的毒性缓解效应.研究发现,外源添加0.5 mg/mL CDs可使400 mg/L Cd2+胁迫下的豌豆幼苗根、茎中,镉含量分别降低48.2%和72.4%,同时显著促进豌豆幼苗根、茎的生长及生物量的恢复.深入机制研究表明,CDs通过提高叶绿素含量、优化光合作用参数、增强抗氧化酶活性及促进碳水化合物积累,有效缓解Cd2+诱导的氧化损伤与生理代谢紊乱.该研究不仅为Cd2+污染的高灵敏检测提供了新方法,而且揭示了CDs在降低植物重金属吸收和增强抗逆性方面的协同作用,为其在环境修复与农业生产中的应用提供理论依据和技术支持.
The pollution of heavy metal cadmium(Cd2+)seriously threatens plant growth,and there is an urgent need to develop efficient strategies for detecting and mitigating the toxicity of cadmium.This study synthesized a type of carbon dots(CDs)with selective fluorescence response to Cd2+via a calcination method using 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline and salicylic acid as raw materials.The fluorescence intensity of CDs exhibited a good linear relationship with Cd2+concentration in the range of 0-100 µmol/L,with a detection limit as low as 0.3 µmol/L.Further experiments with pea seedlings revealed the stress-mitigating effects of CDs.The study found that under 400 mg/L Cd²⁺ stress,exogenous application of 0.5 mg/mL CDs reduced Cd2+accumulation in roots and stems by 48.2%and 72.4%,respectively,while significantly restoring the root length,shoot length,and biomass.Mechanistic studies demonstrated that CDs effectively mitigated Cd2+-induced oxidative damage and physiological metabolic disorders by enhancing chlorophyll levels,optimizing photosynthetic parameters,boosting antioxidant enzyme activity,and promoting carbohydrate accumulation.This study not only provides a novel approach for highly sensitive Cd2+detection but also reveals the synergistic role of CDs in reducing heavy metal uptake and improving stress resistance in plants,offering theoretical foundation and technical support for its application in environmental remediation and agricultural production.
