The development of the new rural collective economy and rural emotional governance are im-portant issues in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The two have formed a deeply coupled relationship through the two-way interaction between economic foundation and social psychology.Against the backdrop of the integrated development of urban and rural areas,the new rural collective economy has shown prominent characteristics of geographical spatial openness,clarified functional positioning,and effective emo-tional incentives;the reconstruction of collective memory,the integration of interests and emotions,and the in-teraction between urban and rural emotions are the important era values of the new rural collective economy in promoting rural emotional governance.Through the two-way construction of interest distribution and emotion-al identity at the micro level,the coordinated reshaping of rural economy and emotional space at the meso lev-el,and the institutional innovation of governance modernization and emotional integration at the macro level,the new rural collective economy has formed an interactive mechanism with rural emotional governance.In specific practice,we should take industrial integration to innovate the economic carrier of emotional gover-nance,take the land system to activate the property right basis of emotional identity,take factor flow to build a two-way channel for emotional connection,and take governance innovation to improve the institutional system for emotional cohesion.
