钛铁矿是钛白粉生产的重要原料,探究硫酸法浸出钛铁矿的规律对钛铁矿高效提取有重要的价值.基于此开展了硫酸浓度、反应温度、矿物粒度、反应时间对钛铁矿浸取的影响,并研究了浸出动力学的意义.X射线荧光分析(XRF)分析表明:所用矿物原料钛铁矿含量较高,主要成分为钛铁矿(FeTiO3),采用氧化物表达含量时,氧化铁(Fe2O3)含量为45.8%,二氧化钛(TiO2)含量为7.41%;当硫酸浓度为90%、反应温度为160℃、反应时间为75 min、矿物研磨粒度为-0.045 mm时,钛铁矿的浸出率为73.4%.钛铁矿硫酸浸出符合外扩散控制动力学模型,拟合线性方程为y=0.060 3x+0.845 5,相关性系数R2 为0.943 3.

Ilmenite is an important raw material for titanium dioxide production.investigating the leaching behavior of ilmenite via the sulfuric acid method holds significant value for its efficient extraction.This study examined the effects of sulfuric acid concentration,reaction temperature,mineral particle size,and reaction time on the leaching efficiency of ilmenite,and further explored the leaching kinetics.Accord-ing to the XRF analysis,the following results were obtained:the mineral raw material used had a high con-tent of ilmenite(mainly composed of FeTiO3),with Fe2O3 content of 45.8%and TiO2 content of 7.41%when expressed in oxide form;The optimal leaching efficiency of ilmenite(73.4%)was achieved with a sulfuric acid concentration of 90%,a reaction temperature of 160℃,a reaction time of 75 min,and a miner-al particle size of-0.045 mm.The sulfuric acid leaching process of ilmenite followed a kinetic model con-trolled by external diffusion,with the fitted linear equation being y=0.060 3x+0.845 5,with and a correla-tion coefficient R2 of 0.943 3.
