脐针配合体外冲击波穴位、视频镜像对脑卒中患者的影响OA

Objective To explore the influence of navel needling therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave acupoint and video mirror image therapy on shoulder pain after Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke.Methods A total of 102 pa-tients with shoulder pain after stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the hospital were selected from December 2022 to December 2023,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group by block randomization method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with imrecoxib,while the observa-tion group received navel needling therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave acupoint and video mirror image therapy.The clinical efficacy in the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was counted.Serum neurological function indicators[S1 00 calcium binding protein B(S100B),brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),nerve growth factor(NGF)],shoulder pain degree[Con-stant-Murley shoulder pain score scale(Constant-Murley)],shoulder muscle strength[manual muscle strength test(MMT)]and shoulder joint activity[shoulder range of motion score(ROM)]were compared between two groups before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The Constant-Murley score and S100 B level in the observation group after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05)while the clinical effective rate,MMT score,ROM score,BDNF and NGF were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Navel needling therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave acupoint and video mirror image therapy is helpful to repair damaged neurons in the patients with shoul-der pain after stroke,relieve the pain degree,enhance the joint activity of shoulder,and it has a good application effect.
