基于"诸痛痒疮,皆属于心"理论从"心"探讨糖尿病足的治疗思路与方法OA
Discussion on Treatment Ideas and Methods of Diabetic Foot from"Heart"Based on"All Painful and Itching Sores Ascribed to Heart"
糖尿病足是糖尿病的并发症之一,具有高致残率,高复发率,高死亡率,高经济负担等特点.随着糖尿病患病率的增加,糖尿病足患者人数在不断增多,已成为临床一大难题.糖尿病足属于"消渴脱疽"的范畴,中医药治疗糖尿病足的历史源远流长,积累了许多有效的临床实践经验,文章基于"诸痛痒疮,皆属于心"理论论述糖尿病足的病因病机,探讨从心论治的治则治法,为糖尿病足的治疗提供新的视角,为进一步提升临床疗效提供依据.
Diabetic foot is one of the complications of diabetes,which has the characteristics of high disability rate,high re-currence rate,high mortality rate and high economic burden.With the increasing prevalence of diabetes,the number of diabetic foot patients is increasing,which has become a major clinical problem.Based on the theory of"all painful and itching sores as-cribed to heart",this paper discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic foot based on this theory and explored the treatment methods from heart,so as to provide a new perspective for the treatment of diabetic foot and a basis for further improving the clini-cal efficacy.
