基于CiteSpace的国内稻米品质研究态势分析OA

Using the Chinese literature database of CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),this study screened and quantitatively analyzed Chinese journal articles on'rice quality'published between 2010 and 2024.With the help of CiteSpace visual analysis software,we created knowledge maps of authors,institu-tions,and keywords.The results showed that the development trend of rice quality research in China in the past 15 years could be divided into three stages:a relatively stable period,a fluctuation rising period and a high-level fluctuation period.The cooperation between them shows obvious regional characteristics,suggesting that cross-regional and interdisciplinary exchanges and cooperation need to be strengthened.Research hotspots not only focus on the taste characteristics of rice but also involve cultivation techniques,variety breeding,yield improvement and so on.In the future,multi-party cooperation in rice quality research should be strengthened to meet the needs of consumers for healthy diet and green agricultural policy orientation,promo-ting the green,healthy and sustainable development of rice quality research in China.
