Research on Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Career Guidance Courses for College Students
新时期背景下,我国愈发重视综合型、复合型与创新型人才的培养.这要求步入社会的大学生,既要具备专业知识、专业技能、关键能力及综合素质,又要树立远大的职业目标,并能够始终坚定不移地朝着目标迈进.为此,高校应将思政教育融入大学生就业指导课程,为学生提供有价值的就业指导建议.本文分析思政教育融入大学生就业指导课程的现实意义,探讨二者融合的创新实践路径,以期为大学生的职业发展提供理论支撑和实践指引.
In the new era,China has attached importance to cultivating versatile,interdisciplinary,and innovative talents.This requires that college students,upon entering society,should not only acquire professional knowledge,skills,core competencies,and comprehensive qualities,but also set ambitious career goals and steadfastly pursue them.To this end,ideological and political education should be integrated into career guidance courses in higher education institutions to provide students with valuable career advice.This paper analyzes the significance of the integration,explores innovative approaches,and offers theoretical support and practical guidance for students' career development.
