在新时代背景下,电工技师作为电力行业的技术骨干,其技能水平与创新能力的提升对于推动电网智能化转型至关重要.本文基于电工领域的工作实践与高职院校的教学现状,深入探讨了智能电工技术在电网维护中的应用及其对高职电工专业教育的影响,提出了融合智能技术的教学改革策略,旨在促进电工技师技能升级与高职教育质量的双重飞跃.

In the context of the new era,as the technical backbone of power industry,the improvement of electricians' skill level and innovation ability is crucial for promoting the intelligent transformation of the power grid.Based on the working practice in the electrical field and the current teaching situation in higher vocational colleges,this paper deeply explores the application of intelligent electrical technology in power grid maintenance and its impact on the electrical engineering professional education in higher vocational colleges.It proposes a teaching reform strategy integrating with intelligent technology,aiming to promote the dual leap of the skill upgrade of electrical technicians and the quality of higher vocational education.
