提质降本降碳目标下改进遗传算法的风储可控负荷协同动态经济调度OA
Coordinated Dynamic Economic Dispatch of Wind-Stored Controllable Loads with Improved Genetic Algorithm Under the Goals of Quality Enhancement,Cost Reduction,and Carbon Mitigation
随着风电高比例递增式并网,其时序随机、空间无序有功出力使发电侧可调范围缩小.同时,风电出力的极端波动(如骤升或骤降)显著增加了系统失稳的风险.针对上述问题,本文提出了储能双向充放电协同可控可中断负荷的动态经济调度方法.首先,建立了风电、储能和可控可中断负荷协同的动态经济调度模型及其约束条件;其次,提出了一种改进的遗传算法对所建立模型进行求解,并对比分析了风电、储能、可控可中断负荷单独运行与联合运行模式下的经济收益;最后,基于改进IEEE 33 节点系统对所建模型进行仿真验证.结果表明所建模型在保障系统安全可靠运行的同时,具有良好的经济性.
With the increasing proportion of wind power connected to the grid,the random timing and disordered spatial active output of wind power have reduced the adjustable range of the generation side.At the same time,extreme fluctuations in wind power output,such as sudden ramps upor down,significantly increase the risk of system instability.To address these challenges,a dynamic economic dispatch(DED)method that coordinates bidirectional charging and discharging of energy storage with controllable and interruptible loads has been proposed.Firstly,a DED model and its constraints for wind power generation,energy storage,and controllable and interruptible loads coordination were established;Secondly,an improved genetic algorithm was proposed to solve the established model,and a comparative analysis was comducted on the economic benefits of using wind power generation,energy storage,controllable interruptible loads,and their combined use;Finally,taking the improved IEEE 33 node system,the proposed model was validated.The results show that the established model not only ensures safe and reliable system opertation but also achieves superion economic performance.
