手性三唑类杀菌剂立体选择性生物活性与毒性效应研究进展OA
Research Progress on Stereoselective Bioactivity and Toxic Effects of Chiral Triazole Fungicides
三唑类杀菌剂因其高效、低毒、广谱和半衰期短等优势,被广泛用于预防蔬菜、水果等作物在生产过程中的各种真菌病害.随着农药的过度使用,农药会在食物和环境中残留,对人体健康和生态安全造成潜在危害.手性三唑类杀菌剂拥有一个或多个手性中心,具有立体选择性生物活性和毒性,因此,充分了解其差异性,对于开发环境友好的光学纯单体农药具有重要意义.本文综述了手性三唑类杀菌剂的立体选择性生物活性及其对非靶标生物的立体选择性急性毒性、发育毒性、氧化应激毒性和内分泌干扰效应,并总结了对映体生物活性和急性毒性之间的关系,旨在为开发低毒高效的光学纯单体农药提供参考.
Triazole fungicides are widely used to prevent various fungal diseases of vegetables,fruits,and other crops during the production process due to their advantages of high efficiency,low toxicity,broad spectrum and short half-life.With the excessive use of pesticides,pesticides residues can remain in food and the environment,which are potentially harmful to human health and ecological safety.Chiral triazole fungicides have one or more chiral centers with stereoselective bioactivity and toxicity.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully understand their differences for the development of environmentally friendly optically pure monomer pesticides.This paper reviews the stereoselective bioactivities,acute toxicities,developmental toxicities,oxidative stress toxicities of chiral triazole fungicides,and endocrine-disrupting effects on non-target organisms.Moreover,the relationship between enantiomer bioactivity and acute toxicity was summarized,which provided a reference for the development of low toxicity and high efficiency optical pure monomer pesticides.
