穿越断裂破碎带双洞单线隧道反坡排水设计及应用OA
Design and Application of Counter-slope Drainage System for Double-tube Single-track Tunnel Crossing Fractured and Broken Zones
针对穿越断裂破碎带的双洞单线隧道工程中的反坡排水问题,结合工程地质条件和水文资料,开展系统的排水方案设计研究.通过对隧道涌水量的科学预测,综合考虑施工分区、坡率变化及涌水特征,计算了各工区的最大涌水量,并在此基础上进行水泵扬程、流量及管径的选型计算.结果表明:所设计的反坡排水系统能够有效应对丰水期最大涌水量达 1 753 m3/h的极端工况,水泵扬程、管径配置合理,排水能力满足施工安全要求,系统运行稳定可靠,保障了隧道施工的顺利进行.
Based on the engineering geological conditions and hydrological data of a double-tube single-track tunnel crossing fractured and broken zones,this study conducted a systematic design research on counter-slope drainage systems.Through scientific prediction of tunnel water inflow,the maximum water inflow for each construction zone was calculated by comprehensively considering construction zoning,gradient variations,and water inflow characteristics.On this basis,optimal selections for pump head,flow rate,and pipe diameter were performed.Results show that,the designed counter-slope drainage system effectively handles extreme conditions with a maximum water inflow of 1 753 m3/h during the wet season;the pump head and pipe diameter configurations are scientifically rational,the drainage capacity fully meets construction safety requirements,and the system operates stably and reliably,ensuring the smooth progress of tunnel construction.
