在高分辨率传感器条件下,针对星凸形不规则形状扩展目标跟踪问题,本文提出了克里金模型星凸形扩展目标跟踪算法.首先,在随机超曲面模型(RHM)的基础上以径向函数描述星凸形扩展目标的不规则外形.然后,通过传感器获得的多源量测信息,以克里金模型(Kriging)建立径向函数输入与输出之间的非线性映射关系,进而推导得出对应非线性量测方程.最后,结合非线性最优滤波器推导出克里金模型星凸形扩展目标跟踪算法,并使用弗-面加权距离作为星凸形扩展目标形状估计评价指标.仿真实验表明了所提算法对于不规则星凸形扩展目标跟踪估计的有效性.

In this paper,a Kriging model extended target tracking algorithm is proposed for the extended target tracking problem with irregular shape of star convex under the condition of high-resolution sensors.Firstly,the irregular shape of the extended target is modeled by the radial function based on the random hypersurface model(RHM).Then,through the multi-source measurements information obtained by the sensor,the nonlinear mapping relationship between input and output of the radial function is represented by the Kriging model,and the corresponding nonlinear measurement equations are derived.Finally,the Kriging model based extended target tracking algorithm is derived by combining the nonlinear optimal filter,and the Fourier-plane weighted distance is used as an evaluation index for the shape estimation of the extended target.The simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for the tracking estimation of irregular star convex extended targets.
