为应对星载环境中的单粒子事件(SPE)隐患,并实现星载雷达系统在轨的功能升级与缺陷修复,提升其长期工作可靠性,设计并实现了一种星载雷达上注系统.基于微控制器(MCU),通过双冗余上注通道和PROM/FLASH双冗余存储设计,实现了星载雷达系统的软件上注.测试结果表明,该系统实现了对星载雷达软件可执行程序及配置参数的远程可靠上注与更新,有效抵御了SPE等空间环境干扰,增强了星载雷达的在轨可维护性和运行安全性.

In order to address the potential hazards of single-particle events(SPE)in the spaceborne environ-ments,achieve the functional upgrade and defect repair of the spaceborne radar system on orbit,and enhance its long-term operational reliability,a spaceborne radar upload system has been designed and implemented.Based on a microcontroller unit(MCU)and through dual-redundant upload channels and PROM/FLASH dual-redundant storage design,the software upload of the spaceborne radar system is achieved.The test results show that this sys-tem realizes the remote reliable upload and update of executable programs and configuration parameters of space-borne radar software,effectively resisting space environment interferences such as SPE,and enhancing the on-or-bit maintainability and operational safety of the spaceborne radar.
