考虑电磁干扰的无线电作弊信号自适应捕捉方法OA
Adaptive capture method for wireless cheating signals considering electromagnetic interference
复杂电磁干扰环境下,无线电作弊信号静态滤波适应度不足,使得特征提取失真,严重影响无线电作弊信号捕捉效果.为此,提出一种考虑电磁干扰的无线电作弊信号自适应捕捉方法.先通过接收天线布设的方式对无线电信号进行采集,并利用压缩感知设计测量矩阵,将高维原始信号投影到低维空间实现数据降维.采用自适应滤波的方式以最小均方误差准则不断更新滤波器系数,实现信号平滑处理.然后对平滑滤波后的信号进行分段加窗,结合频域信息对信号的功率谱密度进行计算.同时以信号幅度及幅度变化率作为表征参数,对无线电信号的时域特征进行提取.最后以时频特征为输入,借助支持向量机算法对无线电信号特征进行分类识别与捕捉.利用实验验证了所提方法的先进性,测试结果表明,采用所提方法进行无线电作弊信号自适应捕捉,其漏警率均值仅为0.08%,具备较为理想的捕捉效果,应用效果较好.
In complex electromagnetic interference environments,the static filtering adaptability of wireless cheating signals is insufficient,resulting in distorted feature extraction and seriously affecting the capture effect of wireless cheating signals.Therefore,an adaptive detection method for radio cheating signals that accounts for electromagnetic interference is proposed.Firstly,the radio signal is collected through the deployment of receiving antennas,and a measurement matrix is designed using compressed sensing.The high-dimensional raw signal is projected onto a low-dimensional space to achieve data dimensionality reduction.Adopting adaptive filtering to continuously update filter coefficients based on the minimum mean square error criterion,achieving signal smoothing processing.Then,the smoothed and filtered signal is segmented and windowed,and the power spectral density of the signal is calculated based on frequency domain information.Simultaneously using signal amplitude and amplitude change rate as characterization parameters,extract the time-domain characteristics of radio signals.Finally,using time-frequency features as input,the support vector machine algorithm is used to classify,recognize,and capture the characteristics of wireless signals.The progressiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments.The test results show that the average miss alarm rate of the proposed method for adaptive capture of radio cheating signals is only 0.08%,which has an ideal capture effect and good application effect.
