一种天线自干扰消除过程中的群延时校准设计OA
A group delay calibration design of antenna self-interference cancellation
同频同时全双工通信系统中,如何消除发射能量对接收性能的干扰影响并保证消除结果的稳定性是重点需要解决的问题.针对该问题,设计了一种发射群延时校准方案,聚焦于多通道发射链路中因器件差异、温度漂移等因素引起的群延时不一致,通过精确对齐各发射通道的信号时延,旨在提高自干扰能量消除的稳定性.首先,分析了发射群延时对全双工通信系统自干扰消除结果的影响.当两路发射通道之间存在群延时偏差且偏差不固定时,则消除后的自干扰残留功率会存在十几dB的波动,严重影响全双工通信稳定性.接着,利用拉格朗日插值法设计了一种发射群延时校准方法,包括校准系统组成、处理流程及各模块详细设计,以较低的复杂度实现高精度分数延时.最后,通过仿真、测试验证了该方法的有效性.结果表明,该设计能够使两路发射通道的延时精度保证在一个采样周期的 1/256,自干扰消除后的残留功率波动不超过 2 dB,精度显著优于传统固定延时补偿方法,为全双工系统的工程实现提供了有效支撑.
In a CCFD(Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex)system,the key challenge is how to eliminate the self-interference of the receiving terminal and ensure the stability of the elimination results.To address this problem,a transmission group delay calibration method is designed.It focuses on the inconsistency of group delay caused by device variations and temperature drift in multi-channel transmission links.By precisely aligning the signal delays of each transmission channel,the aim is to improve the stability of self-interference cancellation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the influence of the group delay of the transmitter on self-interference cancellation in a full-duplex communication system.When there is a group delay deviation between two transmission channels,and the deviation is not fixed,the residual power of the self-interference after cancellation will fluctuate by more than ten dB,seriously affecting the stability of full-duplex communication.Then,a group delay calibration method is designed using the Lagrange interpolation algorithm,including the composition of the calibration system,processing flow,and detailed design of each module,to achieve high-precision fractional delay with low complexity.Finally,simulation and tests prove that the method is effective.This design can ensure the delay accuracy of the two transmission channels within 1/256 of one sampling period,and the residual power fluctuation after self-interference cancellation does not exceed 2 dB.The accuracy is significantly superior to the traditional fixed delay compensation method,providing effective support for the engineering implementation of full-duplex systems.
