星载行波管放大器是卫星有效载荷分系统的关键部件,其性能稳定性直接关系到卫星通信链路的可靠性与寿命.本文针对某卫星在整星状态下进行转发器性能测试时,发现其中 1台S频段行波管放大器输出功率下降约 4 dB的异常现象,开展了全面的故障诊断与机理研究.根据故障树分析和地面各种排查试验,确定该问题是由于线性化通道放大器中的两个微波模块内部低噪放芯片发生氢中毒导致的,采取了将故障模块更换为氢含量合格的另一批次同型号规格产品的改进措施并经试验验证后,整机恢复正常工作,并为后续型号的设计改进和器件选用提供了建议.本研究对保障星载行波管放大器在轨长期稳定运行、提升卫星可靠性具有重要的工程参考价值.

The spaceborne traveling wave tube amplifier is a key unit of the satellite payload subsystem,and its performance stability directly affects the reliability and service life of the satellite communication link.This paper conducts a comprehensive fault diagnosis and mechanism study on the abnormal phenomenon that the output power of one S-band TWTA dropped by approximately 4 dB during the transponder performance test of a certain satellite in the whole satellite state.Based on fault tree analysis and various ground troubleshooting tests,it was determined that this malfunction was caused by hydrogen poisoning of two low-noise amplifier chips inside microwave modules located in the linearized channel amplifier.After implementing corrective measures to replace the faulty modules with another batch of the same model and specification products with qualified hydrogen content and conducting experimental verification,the S-band TWTA returns to normal operation,which provides suggestions for the design improvement and component selection of subsequent satellite design.This research has significant engineering reference value for ensuring the long-term stable operation of spaceborne TWTA in orbit and enhancing the reliability of satellites.
