星载重叠天线展开机构逆向拖动问题研究OA
Research on the problem of reverse drag of overlapping antennas deployment mechanism on satellite
针对星载重叠天线地面模拟零重力展开时展开机构逆向拖动问题,本文开展了机理分析、理论研究,并根据分析结果进行了实际测试试验.试验过程中需要对展开到位的天线通过展开机构加电保持在展开位置进行固定操作,固定操作过程中天线反射器会被触碰拖动.拖动会对天线机构及结构产生一定影响,本文对该影响及极限操作引起的快速逆向拖动进行了分析和试验验证.结果表明为了保证柔轮安全,通信卫星重叠天线常用的谐波减速器匹配的电机最大负载力矩不能大于64.2 N·m.该结果对天线机构结构设计提供理论数据支撑,使得天线结构机构设计时有合理的安全裕度,提高天线产品质量及设计速度.
This paper presents a mechanistic analysis and theoretical study of the reverse drag issue in the deployment mechanism of a ground simulation of zero-gravity deployment for a spaceborne overlapping antenna,and conducts practical testing based on the analysis results.During the experiment,the deployed antenna needs to be powered on by the deployment mechanism to maintain it in the deployed position for fixed operation.The antenna reflector will be touched and dragged.Dragging will have a certain impact on the antenna mechanism and structure.This article analyzes and experimentally verifies the impact of this kind of rapid reverse dragging caused by extreme operations.The results indicate that in order to ensure the safety of the flexible wheel,the maximum load torque of the motor of the universal harmonic reducer on board cannot exceed 64.2 N·m.This result provides theoretical data support for the design of antenna structures,enabling a reasonable safety margin in antenna structure design and improving the quality and design speed of antenna products.
