Application of Modular Integrated Design Methods in Modern Timber Buildings
文章旨在探讨现代木结构建筑模块化集成设计的理论,重点阐述其设计理念、方法应用以及在国内发展面临的机遇与挑战.通过对现代木结构建筑和模块化集成(MiC)概念的深度解读,明确其在提升建筑质量、提高施工效率、缩短施工周期、减少施工废料等方面的优势,并据此提炼出关键的设计要点.随后,对案例进行剖析,总结其设计策略、模块组合与立面形式方面的具体方法应用.最后,从政策解读、市场需求与文化传承三个角度,论述了其在国内发展的机遇,提出了该类型建筑所需的建造知识给建筑师带来的挑战,以及当下协同流程的局限.
This paper explores the theories and design methods of modular integrated construction in modern timber buildings,with emphasis on design philosophy,methodology,and their practical application,as well as the opportunities and challenges for further development in China.By thoroughly interpreting the concepts of modern timber construction and Modular Integrated Construction(MiC),the study clarifies their advantages in improving building quality,enhancing construction efficiency,shortening project duration,and reducing waste,thereby summarizing key design principles.A case study is further analyzed to summarize specific applications in design strategy,module combination,and facade design.Finally,from the perspectives of policy analysis,market demand,and cultural inheritance,the paper discusses the domestic development opportunities,the challenges architects face regarding construction knowledge,and the limitations of current collaborative processes.
