纪念国际古迹遗址理事会成立60周年:对遗产话语的批判与反思OACSSCI

In 2025,ICOMOS(International Council on Monuments and Sites)marks its 60th anniversary.Since its founding in 1965,ICOMOS has served as the principal advisory body to UNESCO in the field of cultural heritage conser-vation,playing an irreplaceable role in global her-itage preservation,policy formulation,and public education.Its influence on heritage conservation practices in China has also been profound.This ar-ticle,from the perspective of heritage discourse,analyses ICOMOS's paradigm shifts in terms of conservation contexts,concepts,and mechanisms.Through a critical examination of authoritative discourse and heritage competition,the article proposes that ICOMOS has consolidated its dom-inance in global heritage evaluation institutionally through revising its statutory documents and de-veloping the International Scientific Committees;while heritage competition has led to the inflation of the World Heritage List,the dilution of heritage values,and typological homogenisation.Although ICOMOS has demonstrated a certain degree of impartiality in its evaluations,its authoritative dis-course is now confronting a new challenge,as dig-ital technologies are reshaping the structure of her-itage narratives through algorithmic authorisation.
