本研究以现场工业化与装配式建造之间的协同机制为核心研究对象,通过深入剖析装配式建造与现场工业化的异同和互补性,系统探讨二者在建筑管理领域的理论价值及其实践指导意义.基于协同学理论,构建技术工艺、施工现场和组织管理三维协同机制,并以BIM、数字孪生、精益管理等技术与管理手段为支撑,推动协同机制落地实施,促进建筑行业向智能化、标准化与高效化方向转型.
This study investigates the synergistic mechanism between on-site industrialized construction and prefabricated construction.Through an in-depth analysis of their similarities,differences,and complementarity,it systematically explores the theoretical value and practical implications of their integration in construction management.Drawing on synergetics theory,a three-dimensional synergistic mechanism encompassing technology and process,construction site,and organizational management is proposed.Leveraging technologies and management approaches such as BIM,digital twins,and lean management,this mechanism is designed to facilitate the industry's transition toward intelligent,standardized,and efficient practices.
