应用于造楼机等临时结构中的贝雷桁架在使用期间经常面临腐蚀威胁.鉴于目前缺乏适用于腐蚀贝雷桁架的承载力设计方法,本文针对杆件腐蚀的单跨贝雷桁架开展了稳定承载力研究.基于既有的装配式公路钢桥设计方法,通过静力加载试验和有限元模型分析了三类杆件(弦杆、斜杆和竖杆)的腐蚀对均布荷载作用下贝雷桁架稳定承载力的影响.结果表明:在6 m跨度下,单跨贝雷桁架的破坏模式以剪切破坏为主,随着跨度增加,破坏模式转变为弯扭屈曲破坏.贝雷桁架各杆件的材料性能随着杆件腐蚀导致的截面面积减小呈线性下降趋势,其中弦杆相关参数的下降幅度最大.本文提出了考虑腐蚀影响的单跨贝雷桁架稳定承载力计算公式,该公式计算结果和有限元模拟结果吻合较好.

The Bailey truss is commonly used in temporary structures such as high-rise building machine.However,Bailey trusses are commonly exposed to corrosion.Given the current lack of suitable bearing capacity design methods for corroded Bailey trusses,the stability capacity of single-span Bailey trusses with member corrosion was investigated in this paper.Based on the existing design methods of prefabricated highway steel bridges,the influence of three types of corroded members(chord,diagonal and vertical members)on the stability capacity of the Bailey truss under uniform load was analyzed by finite element model and the bending test.The results show that the failure mode of a single-span Bailey truss with the span of 6 meters is primarily shear failure,gradually transitioning to flexural-torsional buckling failure as the span increases.As the degree of corrosion deepens,the cross-sectional area and material properties of each member in Bailey trusses show a linear decreasing trend,with the largest decrease observed in parameters related to the chord.A calculation formula for the stability capacity of corroded single-span Bailey trusses was proposed,showing good agreement between the calculated results and finite element analysis results.
