高强钢高温下泊松比的云纹干涉法测量OA
Measurement of Poisson's Ratio on High-Strength Steel at Elevated Temperature by Moiré Interferometry
在进行高强钢结构抗火性能分析和设计时,泊松比是一个重要指标.为了精确获得高强钢在高温下的泊松比并对比高强钢和普通钢的差异,采用云纹干涉法,分别测量普通 Q355钢、高强 Q460、Q690和 Q960钢在25℃、200℃、300℃、500℃下的泊松比,并与已有的其他钢材的试验结果进行了对比.结果表明:随着温度的升高,同一种钢材的泊松比小幅度上升;将四种钢材的试验结果进行比较,发现不同种类钢材高温下的泊松比随温度升高的变化程度基本相同;与耐火钢相比,普通Q355钢和高强钢的泊松比偏低,大约低10%左右.试验结果可为相关研究提供参考.
When analyzing and designing the fire resistance of high-strength steel structures,the Poisson's ratio of high-strength steel is an important index.In order to accurately obtain the Poisson's ratio of high-strength steel at elevated temperatures and compare the difference between high-strength steel and ordinary steel,the moiré interferometry method was used to measure the Poisson's ratio of ordinary Q355 steel,high-strength Q460 steel,Q690 steel,and Q960 steel at 25℃,200℃,300℃,and 500℃.The test data were compared with available results in the literature for other types of steel.The results show that as the temperature increases,the Poisson's ratio increases slightly.Comparison of the test results for the four types of steel indicates that the degree of change in Poisson's ratio under high temperature is basically the same for different types of steel.The Poisson's ratio of mild Q355 steel and high-strength steel is lower than that of fire-resistant steel by about 10%.The test results can provide a reference for relevant research.
