Key Technology Design and Development of Intelligent Traction System for Port Bulk Cargo Terminal

目前港口散货码头铁牛牵引装车作业存在故障率高、安全性不强、运输效率低等问题,设计一种集成式无人智能牵引装车系统.该系统采用高性能自动化牵引车结构,结合滑触供电、车号识别、解挂钩控制、连续精准装车控制与跨接控制等关键技术开发,搭建高质量通信网络体系架构,解决传统装车工艺缺陷.此研究可有效提升港区散货发运能力,降低装车区域安全隐患,从而达到实现整体作业过程节能降耗、降本增效的预期效果.

To address the problems of high failure rate,low safety and poor transportation efficiency in the iron cattle traction loading operation of port bulk cargo terminal,this paper designs an integrated unmanned intelligent traction loading system.The system,by adopting high-performance automatic tractor structure design and combining with sliding contact power supply,vehicle number identification,decoupling control,continuous and accurate loading control,bridging control and other key technology development,builds a high-quality communication network architecture,and solves the defects of traditional loading process.This study can effectively improve the bulk cargo shipping capacity of the port,reduce the potential safety hazards in the loading area,and achieve energy saving,cost reduction and efficiency in the overall operation process as expected.
