铺丝伴生楔形间隙/搭接缺陷对复合材料疲劳性能影响研究OA
Study on Influence of Wedge-shaped Gap/Overlap Defects Caused by Wire Laying on Fatigue Properties of Composite Materials
针对楔形间隙/搭接缺陷在自动铺丝过程中难以避免,影响构件的质量并给其力学性能带来不确定性.以含楔形间隙/搭接缺陷试样为研究对象,结合实验和有限元仿真方法,探究不同缺陷尺度对复合材料疲劳性能的影响,为复合材料许用值的确立和自动铺丝技术断送丝策略提供理论依据.
For the unvoidable edge gap/overlap defects in automatic wire laying process,affecting the quality of the component and bringing uncertainty to its mechanical properties,this paper,taking samples containing wedge-shaped gaps/overlap defects as the research subject,explores the effects of different defect sizes on the fatigue properties of composite materials by combining experiments and finite element simulation methods,which provides theoretical basis for the establishment of allowable values for composite materials and wire breaking strategy for automatic wire laying technology.
